Over a 3-5 year period, we reposition and manage the property maximizing its value and cash flow for our investors. Our approach is analytical and conservative to deliver superior, risk-adjusted returns to our investors.

We research the most profitable and stable markets to ensure both current cash flow and future appreciation. We then acquire properties where the path of progress is predictable with jobs and new businesses moving in. We typically want to be in and out of the market within 3 to 5 years, depending on where we come in on the market cycle.

Shawn grew up in Bay Shore, NY and attended Hofstra University focusing on Marketing and Accounting. In 2016 Shawn started the Premier Hockey Leagues, a revolutionary concept to running adult hockey programs and has teamed up with USA Hockey and many rinks across the east coast. The Premier Hockey Leagues continue to grow and also hosts tournaments all over the country.

 

Shawn founded Thomas Investment Properties as the best way to invest his money and has networked over the years with experienced operators, investors, lenders and real estate brokers. Shawn's passion for multifamily investing started with his cousin who successfully operates properties in the Carolinas and Texas.
